1. In the case of a small-scale restaurant, the Defendants knew that customers are neglected surveillance due to rest, business preparation, etc. except a meal time, and Defendant B her franchising a proper object of crime and franchising the vehicle driven by Defendant A and returned to the restaurant. At around 10:00 on December 21, 2012, the Defendants: (a) operated “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; (b) operated by Defendant A, Defendant A, and Defendant B, in front of the above restaurant; and (c) reported the network in nearby the restaurant; and (d) Defendant B, in front of the customer, entered the above restaurant, and used 4 credit cards (one V card, one corporate bank card, one card, one National Card, and one National Card), the market price of which cannot be known, within the hand room owned by the victim.
In addition, from around that time to July 1, 2013, Defendants stolen money and valuables worth KRW 19,302,00 in total over 45 times as shown in the annexed Table 1.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' property together.
2. In order to withdraw cash using a stolen credit card as referred to in paragraph (1) above, the Defendants in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act confirms four figures, such as resident registration numbers, from among the contents in the wall, to identify the passwords, and then, in the case where a password is confirmed by a AR telephone from each card company with his own cell phone.
