1. The Defendant’s order based on the original copy of the payment order for the acquisition money case No. 2014,000,000 against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant applied for a payment order against the Plaintiff as the court heading 2014 Before 101702, and received a payment order on April 30, 2014. The said payment order became final and conclusive on June 10, 2014.

B. Around April 1996, a loan claim against the Plaintiff by Choung Bank, which was the basis of the application for the above payment order, was extinguished by the extinctive prescription around May 2006.

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
