1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,721,864 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 1, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. On December 1, 2015, and December 10, 2015, the Plaintiff, at the Defendant’s request, supplied goods, such as steel bars, to the Defendant, who is a stock company engaged in steel product processing business, etc., and operated the business of manufacturing and installing sn beam beam C factory-dong sn beam on December 18, 2015 and January 22, 2016. The Plaintiff sought payment of the amount claimed in the claim amount corresponding to the outstanding amount because the Defendant partially paid the total amount of the aforementioned payment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
