If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

1. A person who produces or distributes a game product that differs from the rating classification for a game product shall receive a rating for the contents of the game product concerned from a meeting of the water class members before producing or distributing the game product concerned, and no person shall provide the game product that differs from the rating classification for the purposes of distributing or using, or display or keep, it for such purposes;

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) opened a “H” and password, which had been held by the Defendant in advance, to June 2, 2015; (b) opened a “htp” game (htp:///drgame.com) with “DPC room” on the PC 6th floor at Ansan-gu and Ansan-si; and (c) opened a “htp” store with his/her mobile phone manager (htp: /drgame.com) differently from the classified contents; and (d) opened a “h” room in order to enable an unspecified customer to play the game without being certified by him/her; and (e) provided a “H” and password, which had been held by the Defendant to a customer without being purchased on the website of the game products; and (e) provided the game contents to the customer by directly using his/her mobile phone to use it; and (e) provided the game contents by the Defendant as a user of the game products by directly using it.

As a result, the defendant provided game water different from the classified contents.

2. No person committing a crime by money exchange shall engage in business of exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;

Nevertheless, on May 30, 2015, the Defendant received 10,000 won in cash from the unclaimed male guests entering the PC room as described in paragraph 1 in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, and then received 10,000 won from the said male guests, i.e., “H” and passwords.
