1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,500,000 as well as annual 5% from June 11, 2016 to June 22, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff was obligated to pay KRW 105,50,000 to the Plaintiff, but the Plaintiff paid KRW 70,000 among them, and on June 1, 2016, the Defendant agreed to repay the remainder of KRW 35,500,000 to the Plaintiff by June 10, 2016, and jointly and severally guaranteed by the Defendant.
