A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, in the process of acting as an agent for a construction engineer’s career report from a construction company, prepared a false career certificate with a false certificate from a technician who does not issue a career certificate, and received money from the technician in return for the receipt of a request from a technician who is not issued with a career certificate, and received money from the engineer.
1. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around KRW 21:00, the Defendant: (b) had a blank career certificate on which the corporate head of the (ju)E was affixed; (c) had a blank career certificate on which the corporate head of the said company was affixed; and (d) had the intent to use it without the said company’s consent.
The Defendant, without authority, entered F’s name, resident registration number (G), address, etc. in the personal information column of the above career certificate, entered the registration number (H), name of representative I, resident registration number (J) etc. in the work experience column, and entered the said F in the technical career column that the said F was working as a member of the said company.
As a result, the Defendant forged 22 copies of the career certificate in the name of (ju) E, a private document on fact-finding, and forged 22 copies of the career certificate from around that time to August 27, 2015 in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached list.
2. On November 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) submitted a forged career certificate to K, as described in the preceding paragraph, at the office of the Korea Construction Technology Association, which is located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 650 (deeded Do-dong, Construction Technology Center); (b) around August 28, 2015, the Defendant submitted the same method in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including submitting the forged career certificate to K, who is not aware of the forgery.
3. The Defendant interferes with his/her duties on June 2014.
