자문용역 보수금 청구
1. The Defendant’s KRW 42,298,735 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from July 26, 2018 to March 11, 2019.
1. The reasons for the indication of the claim are as shown in the Appendix of Claim.

The judgment that deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) rendered by the Defendant only submitted a formal written reply that the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed without stating any substantial grounds for disputing the Plaintiff’s claim, and without submitting a specific written response, it is deemed that all the facts alleged by the Plaintiff were led to confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
However, pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 is recognized as 12% per annum.
