The prosecution is dismissed.
Reasons
The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant assaulted the victim's chest by making the victim's finger hand with the defect of his bath at the end of the 'C' located in Ansan-gu, Masan-si around 13:00 on April 12, 2018.
This is a criminal who cannot be punished against the victim's will. Since the victim expressed his/her intention not to prosecute after the prosecution, the prosecution is dismissed.
