Punishment of the crime
On October 5, 2018, the Defendant would offer USD 5,000 in return for the carriage of marijuana to the Republic of Korea from a person in secret name in New York of the United States.

In addition, around 11:00 on October 11, 2018, the Defendant boarded B aircraft with two bags for the above travel at the JFK International Airport located in New York of the United States, and arrived at the first passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport No. 1 in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport No. 272 on October 12, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 2,253.4g of hemp from the United States to the Republic of Korea, although he is not a person dealing with narcotics in collusion with the non-person in charge of narcotics.
