1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from January 11, 2011 to May 2, 2013 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The indication of claims is as shown in the annexed Form of Claim.
However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”. 2. Service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
