1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 20,255,171 won and 15% per annum from January 12, 2017 to the full payment date.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence 1-1 and 2 as a whole, the fact that the plaintiff, who runs a wholesale and retail business of LPG gas, supplied gas to the defendant B who operated a restaurant by September 30, 2015 and did not receive KRW 20,255,171 as the price, and the defendant C, as a joint and several surety, can be acknowledged.
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,255,171 as well as damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from January 12, 2017 to the date of full payment after the duplicate of the complaint of this case was served on the Defendants.
Therefore, since the plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants of this case are reasonable, it is decided to accept all of them, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
