A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

[criminal history] Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of road traffic law at the Daegu District Court on October 13, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month.

[Criminal facts]

1. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car, who does not live with Defendant A.

A. On September 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) (U.S.) (U.S.) led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle without the driver’s license and drive the said vehicle along the same line in the Daegu direction as the national highway No. 5 in front of the No. 4-ri bus stops located in the name of the G. B. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, while driving Drocketing and other vehicles at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, was equipped with facilities installed at the center separation zone with the left part of the said vehicle, and the facilities go beyond the opposite lane due to the shock.
