2. The judgment is favorable to the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant led to the confession of the crime and seriously reflects the crime, and that part of the damaged goods have been recovered.

However, if we examine the amount of damage, motive, means, circumstances after the crime of this case, age, character, conduct, environment, etc. of the defendant who agreed with the victim or did not compensate for damage, even though there have been several same records, the sentence of the court below is proper.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
