However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 13, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on November 13, 2009, and a summary order of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on January 21, 201.

On January 19, 2017, the Defendant driven B automobiles at 700 meters from the parking lot for senior citizens' health in the Southern-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City to the front day of the second apartment road in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, with alcohol content of 0.17% among blood transfusion around 22:43.
