The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On August 9, 2014, around 19:15, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim C (the age of 67) on one occasion on the ground that the victim C (the age of 67) transferred another person against the Defendant in front of the Suwon apartment No. 86-ro, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Simsan-ro 86-gil.
