A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Seized evidence No. 14 shall be forfeited from the criminal defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On August 13, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the branch court of Suwon District Court. On January 22, 2020, the judgment became final and conclusive.
1. On November 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 00:0 on November 25, 2018, at the container office managed by the victim C in Hanam-si, Hanam-si around 00:0, the Defendant cut off the crime prevention windows installed on the window of the above office by using any cresh and intruded into the office, which the Defendant possessed; and (b) carried out 1,000,000 won in the market value of the victim’s ownership, and 50,000 won in the market value.
2. On December 23, 2018, the Defendant of special larceny around 01:0 on December 23, 2018, 2018, carried out “F container office” managed by the victim E in Hanam-si, Hanam-si, by means of the method described in paragraph (1), cut off the office space in the same way as described in paragraph (1), and intruded into the office, and carried out approximately four million won in total the market price of the victim’s ownership at that place.
3. On December 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on December 27, 2018, the victim H, I, and J, etc., in Hanam-si, carried out a “K-based container site office” managed by Hanam-si; (b) cut the office space in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) and intruded into the office, and then charged with any fry charging amounting to KRW 1.2 million at the market price of the victim H, the victim’s market price in the location; (c) one fry filling in the amount equivalent to KRW 4.3 million at the victim’s market price; (d) one fry filling in the amount equivalent to KRW 500,00,00 at the victim J-owned market price; and (d) one fying in the amount equivalent to KRW 2.5 million at the market price.
4. A special larceny on January 9, 2019: (a) around 00:00 on January 9, 2019, the Defendant was placed in a container office managed by the victim M in the Hanam-si L on January 9, 2019; (b) cutting off the office space to cut off the office space in the same manner as the statement in paragraph (1).
