1. The Defendant’s KRW 63,00,000 as well as annual 5% from March 12, 2018 to July 17, 2020 to the Plaintiff.
The plaintiff's assertion is the same as the statement of the reasons for the claim (However, "creditor" shall be "Plaintiff", "debtor" shall be deemed "Defendant"), and it can be recognized in full view of the facts not disputed between the parties and the whole purport of the arguments in Gap 12 and 3.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 63,00,000 won with 5% per annum under the Civil Act from March 12, 2018 to July 17, 2020, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of complete payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
