1. The Defendant’s KRW 140,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the following: 15% per annum from April 11, 2019 to May 31, 2019;
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of the Plaintiff’s claim for partial dismissal exceeding the amount calculated by the rate of 12% per annum for the period after June 1, 2019 (which means the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019)
