A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
On May 1, 2013, the Defendant applied for a false rural house improvement project at the D office located in the old-gun C, which received a low interest loan through the “rural house improvement project,” and applied for a false statement to the head of the NA branch in charge of the Gu-gun’s housing improvement project with the intent of operating a public house by continuously using Gu-gun E as the Defendant’s residence, while constructing a new house in the “Gu-gun F” with the loan to operate a public house. The Defendant applied for a false statement to an employee in charge of the “Gu-gun Housing Improvement project” in the Gu-gun’s process, who is in charge of the “Gu-gun Housing Improvement project”, and on May 10, 2013, the public official in charge of the Gu-gun’s Gu-gun’s Housing Improvement project applied for a false statement that “the Defendant was selected as a business operator” to the head of the NA branch in charge of the Gu-gun’s agricultural community improvement project.
On July 5, 2018, the Defendant stated this part as “142, 142, in the application for the permission to amend the bill of amendment to the bill of amendment on July 5, 2018, which was the principal place of the Gu agricultural cooperative,” but ex officio changed this part into the seat of the agricultural branch G branch of the victims, such as the main text, and recognized it as criminal facts.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
