The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, the lower court’s determination that all of the facts charged in this case was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on robbery

In addition, examining various circumstances, such as the age, behavior intelligence and environment of the defendant, the motive and consequence of the crime of this case, and the circumstances after the crime, etc., which are the conditions for sentencing as shown in the records, it cannot be deemed that the court below's maintenance of the judgment of the court of first instance that sentenced the defendant 1

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
