1. The Defendant: KRW 3,00,000; KRW 17,012,824; KRW 11,675,216; and KRW 11,675,216, respectively, to Plaintiff A and Plaintiff D.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff A is the mother of F, the spouse of F, the Plaintiff C, and D are F’s children.
B. F, around 10:00 on May 23, 2017, when driving a bicycle and driving the bicycle on the north-gu G at port and in the vicinity of the I Tri-distance (hereinafter “instant bicycle-only road”), there was a conflict with the Defendant, who was driving a bicycle on the surface of a new harbor in accordance with the said bicycle-only road on the suscheon-urburgy ground, with the Defendant who was driving the bicycle on the surface of a new harbor in accordance with the said bicycle-only road. 2. Determination
A. 1) The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the evidence, Eul evidence No. 1-6, 8, 10, and 11-2, prior to the existence of liability for damages, and the purport of the entire pleadings as a result of the on-site inspection by this court.
① On the bicycle-only roads of this case, the direction of operation is marked so that they can proceed from the dead tent bank surface to the new harbor bank surface, and on the bicycle-only roads of this case, the direction of operation is marked from the new harbor bank surface to the dead tent bank surface.
② At the time of the instant accident, the Defendant was driving a bicycle on the ground of a new harbor room on the surface of the dead celethium, along with the instant bicycle-only route.
