For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court maintained the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants on the primary charges and the ancillary charges of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of a crime, and determined that the Defendants were innocent on the primary charges added by the lower court.

Examining the record, the above determination by the court below is justifiable.

There is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
