The Plaintiff is a company engaging in landscaping design and construction business of landscaping facilities, etc., and the Defendant entered into a service contract (hereinafter referred to as “first service contract”) with the Defendant (contractor) on April 11, 2014 with respect to “working design services for riparian ecological belt creation work” in relation to “working design services for riparian ecological belt construction work” in 2014 between the Defendant (contractor) and the Jeoncheon-si.

Article 7 (Inspection) (1) "B" shall complete the engineering project, notify "A" of such fact, and at the time of requesting an inspection, "A" shall notify "B" of the results of the inspection within 10 days, and if the notification is not made within this period, the inspection shall be deemed to have passed.

(2) If the result of the inspection of the “A” as referred to in the preceding paragraph raises an objection, the “B” may request a reinspection.

(3) Paragraph (1) shall also apply where a person wishes to receive all or part of the price for the completed portion before the completion.

Article 8 (Acceptance) "A" shall confirm the completion of an inspection referred to in Article 7 and, if there is a request for acceptance of "B", take over the relevant object immediately.
