1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 270,200,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 25, 2017 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff is acknowledged as having not been paid KRW 270,200,000 out of the construction price, even though the plaintiff was awarded a subcontract with the defendant for the construction work and completed the construction work.
2. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 270,200,000 that is payable to the Plaintiff and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 25, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the instant complaint.
3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
