1. Around August 15, 2018, the Defendant posted the statement “I sell 5 galthoon on the Internet CD car page in front of the Taltho-distance Station located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.” On the Internet CD car page, the Defendant reported this fact and made a false statement to the victimCC as if I would normally sell the mobile phone.

In fact, even if the defendant receives the sales price from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell mobile phones.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 150,000 from the victim’s account in the name of H (E) used by the Defendant on the same day.

2. On August 15, 2018, the criminal defendant against the victim CF made a false statement that he/she would sell a mobile phone if he/she deposits the payment to the victim CF by reporting gallonian 5 sales letters posted as stated in paragraph (1).
