A. On May 6, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) determined and lent KRW 500,000,000 to the Defendant; (b) KRW 70,000,000 on June 4, 2013; (c) KRW 100,000 on July 10, 2015; (d) KRW 100,000,000 on September 1, 2015; and (e) KRW 12 months after the date of each loan; and (e) each interest rate of KRW 5% on the secured loan interest rate of community credit cooperatives, the interest rate of which exceeds 5% per annum.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest and delay damages calculated at the rate below the agreed interest rate from March 8, 2016 to February 9, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint from March 8, 2016, which is the day following the last payment date of the interest rate, and at the rate of 5% per annum as the Plaintiff seeks, and at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
