On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the head of the police station affiliated with the Busanan Science and Technology Police Station C District in order to hear the words “Isknife any danger at the front of the 190m public parking lot; (b) 00:29 on June 26, 2018; and (c) received a report from the head of the police station affiliated with the Busan Science and Technology Police Station C District in order to “Isknife any danger at the front of the world; and (d) took a bath for drinking.”

Therefore, D notified that “I will take a video image if I wish to continue to take the video,” but the defendant continued to take a bath, and D used a mobile phone with the left hand by the defendant who caused the defect of photographing the video with the cell phone.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reports by police officers in uniform.

On June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported on June 24, 2018, 2018 that she was suffering from disturbance, and sent to the site by the police officer D (33 tax) belonging to the Busan National Police Station C District of the Busan National Police Station, sent D without any reason to ask questions about the situation of the incident from the police officer D (33 tax) who was called to the site at the Busan National Police Station C District; (b) sent D’s face to the direction of the road; (c) sent D again; (d) sent D’s face to the direction of the vehicle; and (d) sealed D with her hand, her qui with kh, and her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases.
