1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is the party, etc. 1) The Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and seven parcels (hereinafter “instant improvement zone”).

The head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "head of Gangnam-gu") on November 21, 2013 for the purpose of implementing the plan.

The progress of the project and the defendant obtained authorization for the implementation of the project from the head of Gangnam-gu on November 30, 2015, and obtained authorization for the management and disposal plan (hereinafter referred to as the "management and disposal plan in this case") from the head of Gangnam-gu on June 16, 2017 following the resolution of the general meeting of association members on the management and disposal plan on December 28, 2016.
C. 1) Details of the instant management and disposition plan are as follows. The previous appraised amount of a kindergarten is 6,69,543,800 won (=6,437,371,500 won (land) 232,172,300 won) after the closure of a kindergarten: 7,966,075,500 won (land 390.186 square meters) (based on the management and disposition plan for a kindergarten) Article 20 (based on the management and disposition plan for a kindergarten) (based on the management and disposition standard for a kindergarten).
(2) Expenses incurred in constructing construction facilities shall be borne by members eligible for kindergarten sale.
(3) The area of a kindergarten shall be determined by the details of authorization for project implementation and may be modified through subsequent consultation.
(4) Detailed design details, the level of completion of construction works, construction costs, and other management and disposal plans.
