Examining the evidence of the first instance court’s adoption maintained by the lower court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the right to forge private documents or to make a preparation in the same events, by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by violating the rules of logic and experience.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
