1. A person who intends to construct or substantially repair a defendant B building shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor or the head of Si/Gun
Nevertheless, on June 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, extended the double-story of the area of 222.8 square meters in the above C Building D without permission from the competent authorities.
2. The Defendant Company A and B, the representative of the Defendant, committed a violation as described in paragraph (1) above with respect to the Defendant’s business.
