1. The defendant received on January 3, 2005 from the Daegu District Court with respect to the land size of 423 square meters in the Donggyeong-si in the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Since the right to collateral security stated in paragraph (1) of the Disposition of the Claim does not exist or its extinctive prescription has expired, seeking the cancellation of the registration of creation of the right to collateral security;
