Reasons

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On May 25, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to nine years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims (special robbery, Rape, etc.) at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on April 1, 2013.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. and the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry, while operating D Gameland on the third floor of the Daejeon-gu Daejeon from April 2014 to May 26, 2014, installed the total of 50,000 won (1,00 won, 5,000 won) in the game machine, which is a e-mail electronic machine not classified by the Game Management Committee, and the total of 95,000 won in the camping machine, which is a e-mail electronic machine not classified by the Game Management Committee, and provided it to many unspecified customers, so that customers may acquire points automatically in the game machine and receive 10,000 won (which is possible to use 1,00 won, 5,000 won) from the game machine, and then get the 5,000 won from the market price deducted by 10% of the commission.

2. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;

A. On April 26, 2014, the Defendant operated the F Gameland on the second floor of the building located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon from around April 26, 2014 to around 29, displayed and kept 60 high-tech games, which were not classified by the Game Management Committee, and provided them to unspecified multiple customers for use.
