1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 161,016,879 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 17, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant is obligated to pay 161,016,879 won to the plaintiff on April 18, 2008 by June 30, 2008. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 161,016,879 won of the above contract amount and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 17, 2014 to the date of delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case, which the plaintiff seeks after the due date.
