On June 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment as a result of interference with business by the Changwon District Court Branch Branch, and was released as the revocation of detention on August 28, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence after the judgment became final and conclusive on December 12, 2017.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On February 26, 2018, from around 14:30 to 15:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) without any justifiable reason, expressed to E an employee, “Ig, Igh, Igh, Igh, Igh, Ignh, Igh, Ighhh, Ighh, and the victim changed.”

As a result of the demand, it interfered with the victim's PC business by force by avoiding disturbances, such as bringing the customers who are game in a game, and making them leave the room.

B. On the ground that the victim sent the Defendant as stated in paragraph 1-A, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s PC room business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) locating in the PC room as stated in paragraph 1-A; and (b) locating again in the PC room, from February 16, 2018 to 16:20 on the same day; and (c) putting the customers who play games from February 16, 2018 to 16:20 on the same day.

On February 26, 2018, from around 23:20 to 23:40 the same day, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim G in Changwon-si, Masan-si, from around 23:20 to 23:40 on the same day, left the h’s main points of business operated by the victim G, and obstructed the victim’s main points of business by force by having the victim go off the h’s h’m without any particular reason.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1-C, destroyed the part of the safety net of the instant gas disaster, by making the victim G-owned gas scambling over a gas scam, the market price of which could not be known.
