1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
Although the Plaintiff was served on October 25, 2016, the Plaintiff failed to supplement the stamp within the period specified in the above order of correction is obvious to this court, and thus, the instant lawsuit is unlawful.
Therefore, we decide to dismiss the lawsuit of this case and decide as per Disposition.
