1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

On July 9, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to supply 143,841 cosmetics to the Defendant for KRW 40,00,00,000, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant did not pay the remainder of the goods by the agreed price payment date, even if the Defendant were to be supplied with all the above goods, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant paid KRW 32,00,000,000 that the Defendant did not pay the remainder of the goods by the agreed price payment date; on July 30, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant shall pay the unpaid goods by August 22, 2019, but there is no dispute between the parties to an agreement to additionally pay damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15 percent per annum from July 15, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,00,000 won for the unpaid goods and delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum from July 15, 2019 to the date of full payment.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
