However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a director in charge of management of C Co., Ltd. and is in the position of controlling and supervising the victim, and the victim D(the age of 24) is an employee in charge of accounting of the above company.

1. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on July 17, 2015, at the office of the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu E-building, the Defendant rhumd and rhdddddd the young people, and rhddddddddd the victim’s hand with the victim’s hand.

6. On July 18, 2015, around 14:30 on July 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) used buckbucks in the Defendant’s vehicle moving from the apartment as set forth in paragraph (5) above to the place as set forth in paragraph (1); (b) rhumbucks in the victim’s lus vehicle; and (c)

7. On July 18, 2015, around 14:40 on July 18, 2015, the Defendant kidds down the victim’s hand on his left bridge, and kids down the victim and kids on the kids.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed each indecent act against the victim by force on duty.
