1. The defendant shall calculate the amount of KRW 50,00,000 to the plaintiff at the rate of 15% per annum from February 1, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
