If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. He shall not unlawfully use another person’s resident registration number in violation of the Resident Registration Act;

Nevertheless, the defendant had the resident registration number of the victim B(the 36 years of age, South) who was posted in the company that he had been accompanying.

On March 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a violation of signal in the vicinity of Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-do; and (b) demanded a police officer to provide identification card; and (c) used the above victim’s resident registration number as if he were his resident registration number.

B. On April 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested a police officer to provide an identification card to a police officer who was dispatched to the site due to a traffic accident that occurred in front of the 103 Dog apartment units located in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) used the said victim’s resident registration number as if he were his resident registration number.

2. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant forged a written hospitalization pledge, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts, by stating that the Defendant is “B” in the patient name column of the written hospitalization, “E” in the resident number column, and “B” in the pledged patient column, for the purpose of exercising the right within the ‘D' section located in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.

3. At the same time and time as the above 2. Paragraph 2., the Defendant submitted a forged hospitalization pledge to an employee of 'D' who does not know of that fact, and exercised it.
