1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) As from October 25, 2019, KRW 4,200,00 and above.

On February 15, 2019, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the separate sheet, leased each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant for lease deposit deposit amounting to KRW 5 million, monthly rent amounting to KRW 600,000, and the lease period from February 25, 2019 to February 24, 2021.
However, on September 25, 2019, the Defendant delayed payment of the rent of KRW 4,200,000 to the Plaintiff by September 25, 2019, and the Plaintiff terminated the lease agreement and filed a claim for the payment of the rent in arrears and the amount equivalent to the rent or rent until the delivery of the building.
