임대차보증금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial flag: “Rules on Legal Rate of Interest in Legal Proceedings” (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019) of Article 3(1) main sentence of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and Article 2(2) of the Addenda thereof: (a) recognize only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum, which is the amended statutory interest rate, and the exceeding part is dismissed.
