The changed cause of claim (However, the creditor is the plaintiff, the debtor is the defendant) is not in dispute between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 and the whole purport of the pleadings. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from May 30, 2016 to the day of full payment of the principal amount of KRW 30,291,380, and the principal amount of KRW 21,565,612.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
