The Defendant did not pay KRW 2,700,000, total amount of wages of KRW 2,400,000,000 working at E at the construction site from March 24, 2016 to April 1, 2016; KRW 2,700,000, total amount of wages of KRW 300,000 on April 20, 2016; and KRW 1,60,00,000, total amount of wages of KRW 2 workers, including KRW 4,30,000,00 on March 24, 2016, to March 31, 2016, without an agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment date.
