The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On December 8, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi on December 20:23, 2019, and was driving along the direction of the “D Apartment C Apartment, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was driving along the one lane in the direction of the “D apartment,” while making the left turn to the left at the green signal.
