Seized evidence 4 shall be confiscated.

The Defendant: (a) reported that the vehicle was parked at the parking lot located in C with usual interest; and (b) changed the registration number plate of the cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant into the registration number plate of another vehicle; (c) used that vehicle to steal the said vehicle.

1. The Defendant, at around 04:00 on March 1, 2013, committed theft and the violation of the Automobile Management Act: (a) on the street in front of the Mansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) removed the front registration number plate in front of the freight vehicle owned by the Victim E Co., Ltd., Ltd., the victim E, parked in that place, by returning the front of the freight vehicle to his hand; and (c) stolen it.

2. At around 04:40 on March 1, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used air defense, the Defendant removed the first registration number plate in front of the freight vehicle owned by the Defendant from the H restaurant parking lot located in G, in a manner of returning the front of the freight vehicle to his hand, and the Defendant removed the registration number plate after the freight vehicle was removed from the bar catner prepared in advance, and attached the F registration number plate, which was stolen as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, to the front of the said freight vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant removed the I registration number plate, used the F registration number plate illegally, and used air illegally for the purpose of exercising at the same time.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 2, exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used by the Defendant, by operating the I salary-fol loan with the registration license plate attached from the same day to the parking lot located in the G, 05:10 on the same day and at the same time and place as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 2.

The Defendant, at around 05:10 on the same day, attempted to practice a thief, which had a registration license plate in F, with one motor vehicle model registration license plate attached to the victim J, which was parked in the parking lot located in Sungsung-si, at around 05:10, K 500 C C C, the market value of which is owned by the victim J, is equivalent to 5 million won, but will bring about a thief and the police vehicle to run away without reporting the mast and the police vehicle at the place.
