Punishment of the crime
1. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Incheon District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.
On September 10, 2019, around 03:55, the Defendant driven DMW car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.112 percent within the two kilometers from the roads near the building in Seocheon-si to the same Si apartment parking lot.
As a result, the defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) more than twice.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving of a DMW car.
On September 10, 2019, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven the said BMW car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.112%, and continued to drive the said BMW car to park one-way road near the entrance of the parking lot of the building B in Bupyeong-si.
At the time, there are night and parking vehicles at that place, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering area, the right and the left, and the right and the right of the driver of the vehicle.
