1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff is the deceased E (Death on August 12, 1989, hereinafter “the deceased”).
(B) The Plaintiff and the Defendants were married and divorced on November 25, 1968. (2) The Plaintiff and the Defendants were in the parent-child relationship until they were divorced from the Plaintiff and the Deceased.
B. 1) History and current status of land 1) Acquisition of the Plaintiff’s land ownership by Busan East-gu D 438 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
(B) The deceased filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff on November 25, 1968 against the plaintiff for the execution of the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership based on the cancellation of trust as of November 21, 1968, and the above court appealed with the Daegu High Court 69Na7000 on July 15, 197, and the above court rendered a judgment to the plaintiff on July 15, 1971 that "the plaintiff will implement the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership based on the settlement contract between the deceased and the plaintiff on November 25, 1968" (the above judgment of the appellate court became final and conclusive as of October 21, 1968). The judgment of the appellate court rendered a judgment to the plaintiff on November 15, 1971 that "the plaintiff will implement the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership based on the settlement contract between the deceased and the deceased on November 25, 198."
(C) On January 15, 1972, after the previous final judgment, the Deceased appears to be a clerical error on November 25, 1963 in relation to the instant land. The registration of ownership transfer based on reconciliation (hereinafter “the instant registration of ownership transfer”) is deemed to be a clerical error on November 25, 1968.
3) On October 16, 1974, the instant land was divided into F land and G land in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and part of F land was subdivided into H land on February 9, 1978, and the current registry was closed.
