A Co., Ltd. is a business owner who manufactures and manufactures precision machinery at the place of business located in Silung-si, and Defendant B is a representative director of the above corporation, who exercises overall control over the safety and health of his employees.
1. Defendant B
(a) A business owner who violates the Occupational Safety and Health Act and a death by occupational negligence due to a death shall take necessary measures to prevent hazards caused by improper work methods, etc. in excavating, quarrying, unloading, unloading, timbering, transporting, operating, dismantling, dismantling, handling heavy objects, and other work, and where a person who exercises overall control over the safety and health of workers belonging to the relevant place of business performs work for handling heavy objects in order to prevent risks to workers, he/she shall conduct a prior investigation into the topography, geographical features, geographical features, sub-soil, and geographical features of the relevant place of business, etc. in order to prevent risks to workers, and shall prepare a work plan including safety measures to prevent risks to fall, fall, electric shock, narrowness, collapse, etc. according to such plan, taking into consideration the results thereof;
