Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime.

In light of the records, we affirm the above judgment of the court below. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the facts, misapprehending the relevant legal principles, or omitting judgment by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, by the assent of all participating Justices, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
