Reasons
1. The grounds for the judgment of a party member are as follows: (a) evidence additionally submitted at the trial and insufficient to admit the plaintiff's assertion, and (b) evidence Nos. 33, 34, 35, 38, and 1, 2, each of the evidence No. 33, 35, 38, are the same as the corresponding part of the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance; and (c) thus,
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
